Return & Refund Policy

At Atmiya Design World, every product is specially customized and made to order according to your requirements. Because our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been manufactured or shipped.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Orders with customer-approved designs, names, photos, dates, or other custom details.
  • Orders where incorrect information (such as spelling, photos, or design details) was provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after the order has been placed.

Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping,
  • Broken,
  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue, or
  • Different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please send:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged product.
  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box, if damaged).
  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a free replacement of the product if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Since all products are made specifically for you, refunds are generally not available.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • We are unable to replace the damaged or defective item, or
  • We determine that the issue was caused by our manufacturing or fulfillment process.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production has started. Once customization or manufacturing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
